Weekly photo challenge: converge IV
This week, we are asked to show what converge means to us in the weekly photo challenge. Suggestions for this challenge included:
explore the ways lines and shapes can converge in interesting ways through photography. You can take the theme in a literal or an abstract direction, as you see fit — from a photo of a byroad merging into a busy highway to an image of an airport terminal where people from all over the world form hectic, ephemeral communities.
In the first submission I presented a photo taken in Deadvlei, Namibia showing shadows from a tree that creates converging lines (see here). The second submission showed a photo from Sossusvlei, Namibia with leading lines converging on sand dunes in the distance (see here). The third submission showed three giraffes converging towards the photographer (see here).
In this fourth submission I present another photo taken in Sossusvlei, Namibia.
